Recipe: La Fete Caesar

  • rim glass with lime wedge
  • fill glass with ice
  • 2oz of vodka
  • 5 drops of good quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1 drop of Tamari Sauce (soy sauce may be substituted)
  • fill with Clamato juice
  • Garnish with a slice of cucumber bordered with Oregano
